Green Smoothie without Kale


  • 1/2 medium mango

  • 1/2 small avocado

  • 1 teaspoon chlorella

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence (optional)

  • 200 ml plant-based "milk" (almond, coconut, oat, etc.)

  • Ice as desired


  1. Cut the mango into cubes.

  2. Cut the avocado into chunks.

  3. In a blender or using a hand mixer, combine all the ingredients.

  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well-combined.

  5. Serve in a large glass.

  6. Enjoy your refreshing green smoothie!

YIELD: 2 servings of 200 ml each.
