Cassava Cake


Ingredients

  • 1 kg of grated raw cassava

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups of coconut milk

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 3 cups fresh grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder


Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Place on a greased baking tray sprinkled with sugar and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes.


Tip: Bake in individual pans. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder before baking.
