Pink Tofu


  • 1 thick slice of tofu (50 g)

  • 1/4 beetroot

  • 1 teaspoon za'atar or your preferred natural seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place the tofu in a bowl or on a plate.

  2. Grate the beetroot and mix it with the tofu.

  3. Add za'atar, salt, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

  4. Mash and mix everything together using a fork.

  5. Enjoy your meal!

YIELD: 1 serving.
