Bean Brownie
To share
Ingredients:
Cook the black beans in just water until they are soft. Once cool, drain the cooking water and rinse well to leave only the beans.
In a food processor, blend the beans with the sugar, oats, coconut oil, salt, vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
When the mixture is smooth, add the baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Beat until combined.
Finally, add the chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula.
Pour the batter into a 25 x 15 cm pan, greased and sprinkled with cocoa powder.
Bake the brownie in a preheated oven at 200 ˚C for 15 to 20 minutes
Enjoy this healthy wonder!
TIP: As soon as a crust forms on top of the brownie and you stick a toothpick in it and it comes out slightly moist, it's time to take it out of the oven. If the brownie stays in there for too long, it will dry out - and that's not what we want.
