Bolo de Mandioca

Cassava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of grated raw cassava
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups (tea) of coconut milk
  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar
  • 3 cups (tea) fresh grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation method:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Place in a greased and sugar-sprinkled baking dish and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes.
Tip: Bake in individual muffin tins. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon before baking.
