Tofu with Turmeric


  • 1 thick slice of tofu (50 g)

  • 1 small piece of fresh turmeric, also called turmeric (10 g)

  • You can replace it with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

  • Ground black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place the tofu in a bowl or plate

  2. Grate the turmeric or use in powder form

  3. Add black pepper, salt and olive oil

  4. Using a fork, mash everything together

  5. Enjoy!

YIELD: 1 portion.
