Pink Beet and Orange Juice


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 beetroot

  • 100 g red fruit pulp (1 unit)

  • Juice of 1 medium orange

  • 200 ml filtered water

  • Ice as desired

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash the beetroot and cut it into 4 parts; we will use only 1 part.

  2. Squeeze the juice from the orange and reserve it in a large glass.

  3. In a blender or using a hand mixer, combine water, fruit pulp, beetroot, and ice.

  4. Blend the ingredients for 2 minutes, then transfer to the glass with orange juice.

  5. Straining is not necessary.

YIELD: 2 servings.
